The shuttle will stop at each hotel prior to the ceremony and will return guests at the end of the night. We will add exact pick up times closer to the big day! Please make sure you RSVP for the shuttle bus if you plan to take it.

SCHEDULE:

Courtyard Marriott and Homewood picks up will be at 4 pm. The bus will stop at both hotels. Please be outside and waiting just before 4 pm, there are less people at both these hotels so the pick up will be pretty quick.

DoubleTree: Be outside and waiting just before 4:15 pm. There are a lot of you at this hotel so we need boarding to go smoothly to ensure everyone makes it on time! ATTN: the DoubleTree has a normal hotel check in for 4 pm. Please request an early check in time so you are able to make the shuttle pick up time. The hotel is aware of this and should be able to accommodate your request but you need to confirm with them please. Thank you!

Per our records from the hotels we have no one at the Holiday Inn. PLEASE let us know if this is incorrect.

At 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm there will be a small shuttle waiting in the parking lot of Bellevue Hall for guests who would like to leave the reception early. The regular bus will be back at 10 pm when the reception ends to drop off to all 3 hotels again.
