Our travel agent is Taylor Martz with Vibe Thrive Travel. She will assist you with booking your stay. We have created a room block for our wedding guests. You must book through our travel agent to attend wedding events and get the best rates!

We recommend booking your room as soon as you know you'll be coming! Reservations can be modified or extended, but booking early ensures you'll have a room at the resort for our wedding.

Room deposits are $100 per room upon booking. The deposit locks in your rate at time of booking.

If you are bringing a plus one, you will need to provide the person's name and information upon booking, as the room prices vary depending on how many people are staying in the room. If you do not know yet if you'll be bringing a date, go ahead and book for just yourself. You can add a person to your room at a later time.

Resort has two options, Family Section (All ages) or Elegance Club (18+). Book whichever you like, however only Elegance Club guests can access that portion of the resort. If you do not have kids traveling with you, we recommend booking on the Club side as it's a larger portion of the resort with more options for pools, bars, etc. Booking Family vs Club side will not impact attending our wedding events.

Transportation from Cancun International Airport to Majestic Elegance can be coordinated for you when booking through our travel agent site that is linked below. Transportation can be added on to your reservation up to 60 days prior to the trip.

Price Matching: If you've found the same room online at a lower price, contact our agent to request a price match. Bear in mind that all components must match exactly.
