We have obtained room blocks at the Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook for guests that would like to stay overnight. The hotel offers a free breakfast buffet. For those guests traveling on the LIRR, the hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the Stony Brook LIRR station.


Room blocks at this discounted rate will be available until July 22, 2024.

You also have the option of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook at regular rate. Unfortunately, it's move in weekend for students and the hotel is unable to accommodate room blocks.

If you would like to stay in Port Jefferson, by the water, you can reserve a room at the Dansford Hotel and Marina at their regular hotel price. The hotel requires a two minimum night stay during the summer season.

Unfortunately, due to the busy summer season in Port Jefferson, they were unable to accommodate room blocks. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the venue.
