Zach and Mischelle met in the fall of 2017. They were introduced to each other through friends. They remained friends for almost two years, even though Mischelle was not completely fond of the "just friends" idea. Throughout this time they got the opportunity to develop a friendship by traveling, camping and even making food together. Then in April 2020, the friendship turned into something more.
Zach and Mischelle began their adventure of dating during the start of Covid-19. Dates consisted of simple things such as take-out, movies and conversations. Along with these small dates, they had a lot of time with friends that involved celebrating birthdays, going to the beach and attending online church services.
On a rainy Monday night in June, Zach and Mischelle expressed their love for each other for the first time. Soon after, they started to think about the idea of marriage together. Marriage looked like serving alongside each other in church, pushing each other towards Christ and simply grocery shopping together.
To Mischelle's surprise, Zach proposed in the middle of October, while recreating one of their first dates. Tacos and each other was all that was needed to make that night special. The rest of the night was spent celebrating with friends and family. On March 28, they vow to start the rest of their lives together.
