Our Ceremony will be taking place at the Diyanet Center Of America, a beautiful with a dress code we kindly ask all guests to observe.
Both formal and traditional attire are welcome
Please plan for modest, loose-fitting attire that is not see-through. Shoes will be removed before entering.
According to the mosque's dress code, all women are required to observe the hijab. Please make sure that you have one that is opaque. If you need help acquiring a hijab please reach out to us.
All guests should ensure full coverage of the body except face and hands.
Head coverings are not required in the Ottoman Hall.
Guests should still keep backs, chests, shoulders, arms, waists, and legs covered. Open or revealing garments (including open sarees and open lehengas) are not permitted on the premises.

Both the Nikkah and Reception are at the Diyanet Center of America, 9610 Good Luck Road, Lanham, MD 20706. The Nikkah is inside the Mosque and the Reception follows in the Ottoman Hall on the same campus.
