We have reserved a block of rooms at the Westin Washington Dulles Airport under the name of "Culp/Carocci". The cost of the rooms is $89 per night (not including taxes). Rooms are reserved for 25-26 August. If you wish to stay past 26 August, the hotel will honor the room rate. If we fill our allotment, the hotel will honor the above rate provided they have vacancy. The cutoff date for the room rate is 25 June, so please book early. The hotel website is in the tab below "Visit Website". If you wish to stay past Friday night, please call the hotel to reserve your room and mention the "Culp/Carocci" block. They will honor the room rate after 26 Aug, provided they have availability. The rooms are for 1 king size bed. If you require something other than that, please call the hotel directly and ask that your room is credited toward our block of rooms. If you have any issues, please let us know and we will work it out with the hotel.

The hotel has shuttle service to and from Dulles Airport and to local restaurants or bar areas. We will provide transportation from the hotel to and from the wedding & reception site. More transportation information will be posted when it is finalized.
