Is everything up to date and current on this website?
Nope! We will be making updates on here as often as possible so check back frequently.
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately per venue policy, your furry friends are not allowed at this event.
What is the weather going to be like?
Bring some layers! Average temps range from highs during the day of 64, and lows of 42 at night. However last year the weekend after the wedding date they got some snow at the venue, good ol unpredictable AZ weather.
What can you wear?
Anything but what the bride is! (white) There are no wrong colors, the wedding party will be different shades of pink for the girls and grey for the boys. Ladies plan your shoes accordingly, the venue has some gravel and heels may not cooperate with you, and yes, cowboy boots are OK.
THINGS TO KNOW
For those of you staying offsite, the venue is recommending that you carpool if possible. There is decent parking on site but they say it usually fills up fast.
Ladies and gentlemen we may get rain, please pack your travel umbrellas. Although we hope for a beautiful sunny day anything is possible in the mountains.
*Check in time is 2pm and check out is 11am*
To our local peeps, Friday is going to be full of games in the grass, bring your camping chairs and favorite beverages.
We will be providing a coffee bar each morning for those of you that need to get your fix, and tea for those of you that dont.
