*Our story is one that we can only credit to God.*
Coco and Mitchell's world's collided back in July of 2021 in Fernandina Beach, FL. Coco had been living there at the time, while Mitchell was there for work flying a job.
One evening, in the charming town of Amelia Island, Coco was having dinner with some girlfriends while Mitchell was exploring town with his friends from home. The moment they met it was history. Every day to follow, they spent together. Their days were filled with being by the beach, exploring Amelia Island's beauty and spending every moment they could with one another.
Fernandina Beach held a very special place as it was also the place Coco and her family grew up visiting her Meme and Pepe before making it home in 2020. Coco's Pepe, who was an extraordinary man, shared the love of aviation throughout his life. While he was alive, his plane lived in a hanger at the Fernandina Beach Airport where Mitchell was later based for work. After Coco and Mitchell met, Mitchell extended an invitation to come to the airport and take a flight. Coco was able to be back in the very place that her Pepe loved so much, and for the first time since her Pepe had passed away. Little did she know, following this flight, that the legacy of pilots would continue in her life.
After two and half months, Mitchell's job came to a close and he returned home. After doing so, it became clear that life apart was not meant to be. From this point forward, the two made every effort to be with each other again. Life took the two to living in Ventura, CA and now Redmond, OR. Their love story only continues and grows as the Lord leads it - wholeheartedly pursuing aviation, adventure and love in all ways.
A message to each of our loved guests - we are honored to have you be a part of our story. We are beyond grateful for you and the love you have poured out to us. We thank you for the impact you have had and continue to have in our lives and look forward to celebrating our love with you on October 5, 2025.
With love,
Mitchell and Coco
