Q + A

How do I get to Palestine?

Option 1 (recommended for American citizens): Fly into Tel-Aviv (Ben Gurion Airport). From there, there are taxis (recommended) and rental car services available for transportation. Maximum allowed cash; $10,000. **IMPORTANT: Apply for ETA-IL 72 hours in advance to flying into Tel-Aviv at https://israel-entry.piba.gov.il (not required for Option 2) Option 2: Fly into Amman, Jordan (Queen Alia International Airport). From there, take the public transportation of the airport (airport taxis) to the Jisr (King Hussein Bridge) to cross the border into Jericho, Palestine. When arriving at the bridge, request VIP transportation access from the staff for smoothest experience - reach out to us for further information if you have never done this before! Maximum allowed cash; $3,000. **IMPORTANT: Before exiting the Queen Alia International Airport to cross the bridge into Palestine, ask the airport staff when the Jisr closes as the hours differ by season.

Where should I stay?

Ramallah (Masyon) is our recommended area to stay in. We recommend booking through airbnb for fairest prices. For more advise / recommendations, reach out to us and we can assist you with the booking process.

Should I rent a car?

You can either rent cars locally from Ramallah, or use public transportation such as taxis or busses throughout your trip. To explore Palestine, renting a vehicle is best for ease and flexibility. Be aware, you will need to specify the type of plate you will be needing, depending on if you will be entering occupied Palestine (yellow license plate). We recommend our family business, Dallah Al-Barakah, for best customer service and 24/7 roadside assistance. Their rental cars come with insurance coverage in the West Bank and occupied Palestine. Reach out in advance on WhatsApp at +972 59-798-8819 due to high demand in the summers. **Use Google maps for best navigation guidance
