Where and when is the wedding?

What time should I get there?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm in the chapel, so please arrive and be seated by 4:00pm to 4:15pm. The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour and reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10:30pm.
What can I expect for the day-of?
When you arrive at the venue, you can head to the chapel to the right for the ceremony. You will then follow the paved path to the back lawn for a 90-minute cocktail hour where you can enjoy drinks, small bites, and lawn games. After that, head on into the reception hall for dinner, dancing, and dessert.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. The cocktail hour is anticipated to be held outside on the back lawn of the venue. We will keep an eye on the weather forecast and plan to rent heaters, as needed, for that portion of our winter wedding.
What food and drink options will be offered?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner that will include various entree and side options that can accommodate food allergies and preferences. There will also be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
When and how should I RSVP?
Please let us know if you can make it by December 20th, 2025 by filling out the RSVP form on our wedding website.
Are plus-ones and children allowed?
Unless explicitly noted on your invitation, please just come with your sweet self. Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones and kiddos beyond those listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Please wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. A dress for women and a suit or a dress shirt with a tie for men is suggested. We want you to feel comfortable and confident at our wedding, so wear what feels best for you!
Is there a hotel block that I can make a reservation through?
Yes, we have reserved a room block for Friday (1/30) and Saturday (1/31) night at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center (3100 Town Center Tr, Denton, TX 76201). You can grab a room to stay in or use this location as the meet up spot to take the shuttle to and from the venue.
How can I reserve a room through the hotel block?
Please book your stay at the Embassy Suites in Denton by 12/31 to guarantee a room in our block. Be sure to mention that you are part of the Moran and Love Wedding group while booking to receive our reduced rate. Reference the "Accommodations" tab on our wedding website for more information about booking.
Will there be transportation options provided?
We will have shuttles departing from the Embassy Suites in Denton to the venue at 3:30pm, and from the venue back to the hotel following the exit at 10:30pm. The pick-up and drop-off spot at the hotel will be at the Convention Center Entrance.
What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?
We would recommend taking the provided shuttles, or you are welcome to drive, if you do not plan to drink, as there is free, on-site parking. You can take an Uber/Lyft to the venue, though it is difficult to order one after the wedding due to the location of the venue. Even if you do not plan to stay at the hotel, it may be easier to use the shuttle and order an Uber/Lyft from there.
Where are you registered for wedding gifts, and where can I send a gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to the address already connected to our registries. A wedding card box will be at our reception. We are registered at Amazon, Target, and Crate & Barrel. You can click the "Registry" tab on our wedding website to find direct links to order items from our registries. We are truly appreciative of your generosity!
