1. How Do I RSVP?

To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab and type in the name(s) listed on your envelope. Guest's can also RSVP by scanning the QR code found on the invitations.

2. When do I need to RSVP by? What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

please RSVP by no later than March 1st, 2025. You can RSVP right here on our wedding website by clicking on the RSVP tab. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "NO". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. We hope that you understand!

3. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! There are elevators within the venue to allow guests easy access to the ceremony and reception space located on the 2nd floor.

4. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Our Ceremony starts promptly at 5pm! We kindly ask our guests to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of our wedding service. Anyone who arrives late will not be permitted to enter until the completion of the ceremony.

5. What is the dress code?

We ask all of our guest to dress in semi-formal attire. For women, we request you wear a cocktail dress (knee-length or longer) or jumpsuit. For men, please wear a suit and tie, or at a minimum dress pants and a button up shirt. Please refrain from wearing shades or white or cream and jeans.

6. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Our entire wedding day will be completely indoors. We will be in the Ballroom, the Parlour, and the Terrace throughout our wedding festivities. While part of the cocktail hour takes place on the terrace it is completely enclosed and temperature controlled.

7. How do I get to the wedding venue?

While we are asking our guests to travel to Lancaster, we wanted to make the day as seemless as possible for everyone. Therefore, our entire wedding day from ceremony to reception will be within the venue grounds. We will have a block of rooms reserved for guests, if they choose to stay.

8. Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking on the venue grounds for guests.

9. Can I bring my children?

While we love all of our little cousins, nieces & nephews, we have made the hard decision to exclude children from our wedding day due to spacial and safety constraints.

10. Can I bring a plus one?

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Only those who have additional guests listed on their invitation are allowed a plus one. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

11. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

We'll be serving light passed and plated hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert. Additionally, Please enjoy drinks on us, the 5 hour open bar to cover the entirety of the cocktail hour and reception.

12. I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

We ask our guests to notify us of any allergy or dietary restrictions when submitting their RSVP on the wedding website. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom.

13. Have you booked a block of rooms for guests?

Yes, our guests safety is our top priority. we have reserved a block of rooms and would love to have you join us in staying at the Cork Factory Hotel. More information about the room block can be located on the travel portion of our wedding website!

14. When will the reception end? Will there be an after party?

Our wedding will end at 10:30 pm. We ask our guests to please join us across the street at Quips Pub to keep the party going a few more hours!
