Charlevoix is a popular beach tourist town. Our hotel have recommended our guests book their room by March 1st to ensure you get the best price for your stay.

We encourage our guests to make a long weekend out of the trip and enjoy all that Charlevoix has to offer! If you would like to arrive the day of, we recommend arriving by 1:30pm to check-in at your hotel and make it to the venue by 2:45pm.

If your child's name is listed on the invitation or RSVP link then they are invited to join us. If not, we kindly ask that they stay home. We are planning for a specific number of guests that is close to the maximum allowed at the venue. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Due to the wedding being in northern Michigan, we ask that RSVPs be completed by 8/01 or ASAP.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. We are also providing a shuttle bus to and from the venue.

Guests are welcome to arrive at the Knight's Courtyard to find their seats between 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm.

All of the events will take place at the same location. The ceremony is an outdoor event that will move into an outdoor/indoor cocktail hour and reception.
