Cole landed in Rochester, NY following a desire to push personal bounds and move somewhere new with starting a job post college. Mollie was just finishing grad school at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). We met at a "Young" Professionals networking event and became friends, eventually playing on the same co-ed soccer team and later in a co-ed kickball league. There was mutual romantic interest, both of us a little too scared to express that, however. After some time, and some gentle nudging by friends we had our first date at Chimney Bluffs state park on July 3, 2018. This date led to years of adventures, skiing, fun, growth, and pursuit of new shared life goals. We now live in Bellingham, Washington as of May 2025 with our best 4-legged pal, Daisy!

*High-Falls / Genesee Brewery*Erie Canal: take a historic boat tour and go through century old locks.*Pittsford Village: a charming town and walkable town near the Erie Canal. Pittsford Dairy ice cream is a must!*Rochester Public Market: a place we both miss very much. Grab a cup o joe and stop at Juan &amp; Maria's for a breakfast/lunch empanada.

ROCHESTER: Things to Do

*Wineries: wineries galore! Known for white wine in this region, especially Riesling.*Seneca Lake: the lake where we will be married. More wineries. Visit Watkins Glen State Park for a hike to see waterfalls and explore the downtown area of Watkins Glen.*Keuka Lake: more wineries and microbreweries. This lake is only 15 minutes from the venue.*Canandaigua Lake: explore the downtown shops, restaurants, breweries, and take a boat ride on the Canandaigua Lady.*Penn Yan, NY: town near Keuka Lake. Visit the Spotted Duck for the best ice cream and unique flavors!*Geneva, NY: town on the North end of Seneca Lake. Restaurants and waterfront sidewalks. Many farm-to-table restaurants (Ports food is loved by many).

FINGER LAKES: Things to Do

*Niagara Falls: see this spectacle from the US side or the Canadian side (remember, passport or RealID!). Take the Maid of the Mist boat ride to get up close, and maybe a little wet, to the Falls!*Downtown Buffalo: experience the Buffalo Bills hometown. Eat at Bar Bills which will have the BEST chicken wings.*Erie Canal: explore the canal from Buffalo as well.*Buffalo/Niagara Wineries: Region is known for ice wine, but you can certainly find white and red wine.*Visit Buffalo Harbor State Park to see Lake Erie
