When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 01, 2025. If you do not RSVP before then, we will assume you will not be in attendance.

When should I book my hotel room?

Hotel rooms are working on a first come first serve basis. We recommend booking your hotel room ASAP. New Hope Inn and Suites is a smaller hotel, therefore rooms will be filled up quickly.

What time is hotel check in? Can I get an early check in?

Hotel check in is at 4pm. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot guarantee early check in. They will only accommodate early check in IF rooms are available. We recommend arriving to the hotel ready for the wedding or staying Friday night as well.

Will there be transportation provided?

Yes! We will be providing transportation from New Hope Inn and Suites. However, if you do choose to drive there will be valet parking on site.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5pm. Please arrive at 4:30pm. This allows you ample time to park and find a seat.

Where are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception taking place?

All events will be held on sight. The ceremony and the cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting). Please dress accordingly.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We would like to see you all in formal attire. For example, women are more than welcome to wear midi dresses, or floor length dresses. Men can wear button ups and suit jackets. If possible, please avoid wearing shades of blue in order for the wedding party to be able to stand out! At the end of the day we want all of you to be comfortable enough to join us on the dance floor. It will be July so dress according to the weather. Air conditioned rooms will be available throughout the entire event.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you please avoid wearing shades of blue in order for the wedding party to be able to stand out!

Are kids invited?

We absolutely love all the kids in our lives! However, due to limited space we had to make some tough decisions. In order to make it fair across the board, this will be an 18+ wedding. The exception to this will be the family of the flower girl and ring barrier.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be addressed on the invitation and on the website when you RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask you to turn off your ringers during the ceremony and refrain from taking any photos/videos. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments. You may take as many photos and videos as you would like during the cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes!! Our venue has 3 bars the two inside bars are fully stocked with liquor, beer, and wine. The bar outside will only be providing beer and wine.

Will there be an after party?

Yes! There will be an after party immediately following the reception. The after party will take place at the wedding venue.
