Brandon followed Molly on Instagram in June 2015 after she attended a tour of SIUE, where he was beginning school in the fall. They began talking in January 2017, and had their first (double) date with their best friends Justin and Zoe on January 28, 2017. They had so much fun rollerskating, playing hide & seek in Walmart, and eating Fazoli’s, that Molly and Brandon had their second date at the Saint Louis Zoo on February 18. They made it official on March 3. They continued their long distance relationship for five years while they each finished their degrees at SIUE and ISU/UofI. They made sure to FaceTime daily, and take turns making weekend trips to visit each other. Finally in March 2022, they moved to St. Louis together. Since then they have enjoyed spending more time together with their cat Salem, thrifting, and playing board games.
