Two months into their first semester of college at the University of Florida, a boy and a girl met at a party in a dirty frat basement. Isn't that how all fairytales start?

Molly will claim that it was love at first sight, and Aubrey will claim that this was true... for Molly. In the Greek Life world, it was a match made in heaven: Molly's big sister was best friends with Aubrey's big brother, and their sorority and fraternity had been paired together for UF Homecoming Week 2016, meaning they had lots of opportunities to get to know each other. Channeling the lyrics to Taylor Swift's "Mastermind," "none of it was accidental" when Molly coordinated group study sessions at the library and encouraged Aubrey's big brother to invite Aubrey. Over time, they both realized how much they enjoyed hanging out together, and in the early hours of November 14, 2016, after another late-night library date, Molly convinced Aubrey that they should start dating.

The next 5+ years together consisted of 3 changes in majors; 4 summer internships and long-distance dating; night shifts at the UF Call Center; countless Sunday night dinners at the Brennans'; Saturday tailgates and Sunday hangovers; the adoption of Henry, their chihuahua baby; a global pandemic; many road trips to Georgia to visit the Shaws; moving into a 497-square-foot studio in Gainesville; two bachelor's degrees and graduations; and a move to Tampa for Aubrey's first full-time job.

On a trip to Rome and Florence for their 6-year anniversary in November 2022, Aubrey popped the question near the Spanish Steps after luring Molly to a scenic lookout point with the promise of coffee and a warm breakfast (smart man). Molly, both hangry and surprised, said yes to forever with her best friend, and the rest was history.

Italy has become such a special place for both of us, and we are thrilled to be bringing our loved ones together in Tuscany to celebrate the start of our marriage.
