Hiking in Baxter State Park
Baxter State Park is the home of the tallest mountain in Maine, Mount Katahdin at 5,269 feet. New England Outdoor Center hosts guided half day hikes to Blueberry Ledges in Baxter State Park as well as guided Katahdin ascents. Check NEOC website for details. All Trials App is a great reference to find hikes/trails if you are not doing a guided route. We hope you get outside and enjoy the Maine fresh air!
