Sitting outside here is a MUST! Grab a drink from the bar while you wait in line (goes quick) and enjoy this Mexican restaurant in the Stockyards. An entree can go a far way (usually feeds 2 people). Nate & Molly love to get the chicken and cheese quesadilla from the apps as their meal! *cash only, ATM available*
Coco Shrimp
One of our favorites! Grab this to eat there or take it to go and eat at HopFusion brewery next door. Molly: cocoshrimp with poppy seed dressing Nate: sweet & spicy with poppy seed (shrimp, rice and salad or shrimp tacos) Closed Sundays
Heim Barbecue on the River
Great option for BBQ! Two locations (other on Magnolia St)
another option for BBQ: Terry Blacks- the best! Location in Dallas but one being built in Fort Worth on West 7th street- definitely try this if finished!
Lucile’s
Casual or nice attire- martinis are a must here!
Paloma Suerte
The best Mexican restaurant right in the heart of the Stockyards! Must try the birria tacos with the tableside queso!

Stockyards
The Stockyards is a MUST while you are here! Cattle drive everyday at 11:30 AM & 4:00 PM. Find the cattle on the side of the road & pay to take your picture sitting on one! Open container on any brick road here. Some of our favorite bars:
Second Rodeo- 2 indoor levels, outdoor, and patio. Sit in one of the truck beds and enjoy the live music! Molly loves the Texas Mules and Nate liked the Hefe
Siddle Saddle Salon- next to Second Rodeo & Paloma Suerte- try a Beth Dutton drink while here!
Hotel Drover- restaurant & bar indoor & outdoor. Great espresso martinis!
Billy Bob's- a staple to see & enjoy some line dancing! Might have concerts at night requiring a ticket but always fun!
Magnolia
Magnolia Street has lots of options to try! Some of our favorites are Maggies RnR, Hiem BBQ, and Lazy Moose dive bar.
Other Activities
We love the Fort Worth Zoo and could spend hours here! The Botanical Gardens are neat also!
