Kristina Dedo
Kristina Dedo - Matron of Honor
We met in high school, St. Ursula, an all-girls Catholic school, where we were in the same grade and classes. Our friend groups hung out, but split ways in college. Years later, life brought us even closer when she met my brother on a dating app famously asking, “Aren’t you Molly Dedo’s brother?” Now, I’m lucky enough to call her my sister-in-law. Krissy is an incredible woman. She is strong, confident, and endlessly supportive. She constantly encourages me to be my best self and, most importantly, reminds me to love myself in every season.
Savanah Wilson
Savanah Wilson - Matron of Honor
I met Savanah during her senior year of high school when I was in my second year teaching in WCH and had the opportunity to be her cheerleading coach. After she graduated and began her career, I reached out to have her do my hair and from that moment on, we instantly clicked and became inseparable. Not long after, she played a pivotal role in introducing Kenny and me. Savanah is the definition of a true friend. She is loyal, passionate, and always someone you can count on no matter what. I am so grateful for her for so many reasons.
Tisha Smith
Tisha Smith - Bridesmaid
God has truly had His hand in our friendship, crossing our paths time and time again and making it clear that this relationship was intentionally placed in our lives. Tish and I first bonded while coaching gymnastics together, sharing a deep passion for working with kids. From there, our friendship only grew. Teaching kindergarten side by side, participating in Bible studies, and continually strengthening our relationship with each other and with the Lord. Tish is not only one of my best friends, but also one of Layla’s favorite people. We truly consider each other family. There isn’t a day that goes by without us praying for one another or expressing our love and gratitude. She is a truly biblical woman. She is strong in her faith and a light to everyone around her. Tish is loving, caring, compassionate, and always puts others before herself. I don’t know where we would be without her in our lives, and I thank God for her every single day.
Amanda Freedman
Amanda Freedman - Bridesmaid
We met in college while working at the BEST BAR EVER, One49. I started as a door girl and eventually transitioned into bartending, where Amanda became my first manager behind the bar. I was so intimidated by her at first...but quickly came to admire her. Amanda is one of the smartest people I know, and the way she carries herself is so impressive, she could seriously have her own show. Our shared love for One49 became the foundation of our friendship, and thankfully it only grew stronger after college. Living just 45 minutes apart gave me an “escape to the real world”....aka Columbus when I first moved to WCH. I am so grateful for our friendship and will forever cherish the memories we’ve made, with so many more to come.
Ellen Ecker
Ellen Ecker - Bridesmaid
My twin. We go way back. We first met in high school when my cousin Drew brought her to a family function...where, at first, she was a little intimidated by my “RBF.” Thankfully, she quickly saw past that, and from then on we became inseparable. From high school to college and beyond, we’ve truly been there for each other through every season of life. Ellen is smart, funny, and incredibly loving. I feel so grateful to have experienced so much of life with her by my side. First as friends, and now as forever family.
Joie Linville
Joie Linville - Bridesmaid
he first girl cousin close in age to me, and I remember being so excited when she was born to finally have another girl to grow up with. Joie was my little mini-me. Always tagging along with my friends, letting me dress her up and do her makeup. Over the years, that bond has only grown stronger. Joie is hilarious, kind, and so caring. We’re stuck with each other whether we like it or not, family forever. Our MoJo.We make a great team. Just don’t count on us for directions, answers, or handling serious situations… because chances are we’ll be laughing and making a scene.
Kobi Garcia
Kobi Garcia - Jr. Bridesmaid
I still remember sitting in my apartment when your mom asked me to be your godmother. I felt so deeply honored to be trusted, loved, and seen as someone who would always be there for you. Fast forward to today, and you kind of terrify me… just kidding. Kobi has grown into such a strong, confident young woman who is completely unapologetically herself. She’s also an incredible soccer player, although I always hoped I could convince her to switch to cheer, but that never quite worked out. Kobi, I am so honored to be your godmother and so grateful to have you standing by my side on such a special day.
Layla Ellis
Layla Ellis - Flower Girl
My baby girl, the saving grace of my world. I still look at her and wonder what I did to deserve someone so incredibly special. Layla is sweet, smart, kind, and so deeply loving. I thank God for her every single day. She has taught me so much. She has shown me how to be strong, how to love myself, how to forgive, and how to treat everyone with kindness. She will always be my baby girl, forever.
