Shuttle: We will have two shuttles (a bus and an SUV) transporting people between the Quality Inn and Gratitude Grace. Any guests from the wedding can take the shuttle and do not need to be staying at the hotel.
Getting to the venue:
The shuttles will take 2 trips from the Quality Inn to Gratitude & Grace. The first trip will depart the hotel at 3:05, the second will depart at 3:40.
Leaving the venue:
Both shuttles will be on-site and available to take guests back to the hotel. The last shuttle will depart the venue at 11:45.
Hotel early check-in: The hotel check-in time is 3:00. If you need an earlier check-in time, you can call the hotel that morning and request your room be ready early.
Quality Inn Ithaca - University Area
We have a block of hotels reserved at the Quality Inn in Ithaca. You can choose a room with 1 king bed or 2 double beds. This hotel is where the shuttle bus will pick-up and drop-off guests.
