The wedding will take place on September 12, 2025 at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, Michigan (600 E University Dr, Rochester, MI 48307)

The ceremony begins at 5:30PM in the glass conservatory located just off the main lobby. Plan to arrive at the hotel between 5 and 5:15 to allow for time to park and find your seat!

Dress code is semi-formal, attire such as cocktail dresses, sun dresses, khaki pants, dress shirts, or suit and ties are all great! Use this event as an opportunity to dress up and have fun!

Please let the couple know if you can attend by no later than August 1st so they can provide the venue with an accurate headcount. You can mark your RSVP here on the website!

As much as we love your children, this will be a kid free event so please plan to make arrangements for them for the evening so you can come dance, drink, and let your hair down!

The couple has a room block at the Royal Park Hotel! Staying here makes the event a one-stop-shop for the evening and keeps things simple!

Pshh, will there be drinks? Of course! There will be an open bar provided throughout cocktail hour and the reception. Just remember, the drinks may be on us, but the hangover is on you! (If you plan to drink, please consider booking a room through the room block at the hotel and spending the night so you don’t have to drive!)

We love that you want to capture the moment for us, but we’ve planned ahead and will have a professional photographer and videographer present to take care of this so you can be present and in the moment with us by leaving your phones/cameras off and in your pocket/bags!

Great question! Candids, selfies, and group shots help paint the picture of the evening and the couple wants to see them all! Look around on the tables throughout the reception for the small picture frames with the QR code, scan this with your camera and it will take you to the GuestCam website where guests can collectively post their photos and videos for the couple to see! Since the couple is providing a plated meal for dinner, there will only be enough food for those who have been specifically invited. If you have been extended a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. (We promise that everyone in attendance is super friendly and inviting, this is a great opportunity to make some new friends!)
