It all started with a truck! Yes, you read that right...

Patrick and I were on the rowing team together at Clemson University and one day he showed up with this big, bright new truck and I couldn't help but pursue this friendship so I could have a "truck friend" to do "truck stuff" with. Really I wanted to be able to throw lots of stuff in the bed and be able to go on lots of adventures but it turns out Patrick had more in mind than just friendship. We pursued each other for a few months before we officially started dating and since that November night in 2013, we've been inseparable!

Now we are happily engaged living in Greer, S.C. with our crazy little nugget of a puppy, who we call many names..but mostly, Hudson (appropriately named after our favorite brand of rowing shells). He keeps us on our toes and never lets us have a dull moment :)
