Our Wedding

Molly and Donovan’s story began in December 2019 at a house party, where Donovan instantly caught Molly’s attention. At first, she was hesitant, but with encouragement from friends reminding her what a wonderful guy he was, she gave him a chance — and she’s so thankful she did. Just a few months later, the world shifted with COVID-19. While many grew apart, Molly and Donovan grew closer than ever. They quickly became inseparable, building a strong foundation for the life they dreamed of together. They both graduated from Missouri State University with teaching degrees, a milestone they are incredibly proud of. Soon after, they each began their careers in the Park Hill School District. Molly became a kindergarten teacher, while Donovan took on 7th grade English Language Arts and the role of varsity football coach at a local high school. Coaching came with long hours and big responsibilities, so Molly decided their family needed a little balance — in the form of a fluffy puppy named Bella. Bella, a Teddy Bear mix of Shih Tzu and Bichon Frise, quickly stole their hearts and filled their home with joy. Now, in this season of life, they are grateful for the love and support that surrounds them. Teaching and coaching keep them busy, but they know the work they do matters deeply. As they look ahead to April, Molly and Donovan cannot wait to celebrate their love with all of you and begin the next chapter of their lives — as husband and wife.
