We are asking our guests to channel their best "mountain cocktail" attire! It is outside, in the mountains, in October so please plan to bring some layers to keep you warm!

We are planning an adult-only celebration for our wedding! We love your children, but due to restricted space we cannot accommodate any guests under 18 on our wedding day. We sincerely appreciate your understanding!

The ceremony and main reception will be outdoors! There will be an indoor space available for "warm-up" but the majority of the fun will be happening outside! Please dress accordingly!

We will have free shuttle service from our hotel homebase to and from the wedding venue! There will be 2 shuttles running, with one scheduled to leave the venue earlier than the other one to accommodate all bed times! Please plan to use the shuttle. Shuttle departure times from the hotel to the venue will be available closer to the day. Parking at the venue is extremely limited and we need it available for vendors and the wedding party. There will be a few spaces available for those unable to take the shuttle.

We are having a barbeque buffet for our reception! There will be options like burgers, grilled chicken, pulled pork and veggie burgers available. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this menu, please reach out to the bride or groom as soon as possible.

Yes! We are hosting a welcome party at the Fort Collins Marriott on Friday, October 11th. Additional details will be posted in the itinerary section of this website.

Yes! There will be an open beer and wine bar, along with non-alcoholic beverages for all of our guests. Cocktails will be available to purchase at the venue's main bar.
