Q + A

What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is vibrant and semi-formal/cocktail. Fellas, this means no jeans or shorts, however ties and jackets are optional. Ladies, you know the drill - fun, colour, and gorgeous! The ceremony location involves grass and gravel so stilettoes probably won't be your friend. Thick heels or flats are the way to go! Ladies, we would like to reserve the colour black for the bridesmaids so go big with vibrant colours and patterns.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony and reception are both located at The Wild Vine, Oura. Woohoo for not having to travel between locations! The location is approximately 15 minutes from Wagga Wagga, and 45 Minutes from Gundagai. Just plug 'The Wild Vine' into your maps and away you go!

What happens after the ceremony?

Mark, Molly and the bridal party will head off for some snaps. During this time, we have provided our guest with some live music, canapés, and drinks to enjoy while chilling-out and mingling at the gorgeous picnic-style area before the formalities begin.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love the little cherubs in our lives and they mean so much to us, we have decided to keep our wedding as a child-free event. Leave the kiddies at home so you can let your hair down! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us. Thankyou for your understanding.

I'm already hungry... what can I expect to eat?

Our wedding is going to be a share style reception with five canapé options for in between the ceremony and reception followed by two mains and two sides options for dinner. Please ensure you have let us know any dietary requirements when you RSVP'd, if you forgot, please let us know ASAP!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park if you are driving and take your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, we ask that you wait until the start of cocktail hour to join the celebrations.

When is the RSVP dealine?

Please RSVP by Monday 24th February. If we do not hear from you by this day, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Can I take photos?

We are having an unplugged ceremony (No phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. However, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like, after the ceremony. We also kindly ask that you wait to share any photos from the wedding until either Molly or Mark has had the chance to do so first.

Will there be a bar?

Yes of course! The bar tab will include beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drink options. However, should you want something else, the venue has a fully stocked bar where guests can purchase all types of cocktails, beer, wine, cider, spirits, and non-alcoholic options.

I'd like to give you a gift...

The best gift we can ask for on our day is you being there to share it with us. However, should you feel your presence not enough of a gift, a wishing well will be available on the day of our wedding.
