The room block has closed for online booking. If you call the Sandman Hotel and say you want to book in the Denton-Mehlenbacher block, they should still honor our discount price as long as they have rooms available. The wedding party and family will be staying at the Sandman Signature, so we invite you to still book if they have rooms available. Wedding transportation will pick up/drop off at the Sandman, so both of the hotels listed below are good if you want to ride the bus!

If the Sandman does not suit your needs, and you would like to stay at a nearby hotel, the Staybridge Suites Plano - Legacy West is right next-door to the Sandman!

We understand the hotel of choice is not extremely close to the venue — so we will have transportation to and from the Sandman for the wedding for guests. Bus schedule will be posted on this website closer to the event.
