After figuring out your transportation from the airport (Uber & Lyfts available), you really won't need a car for the rest of the trip. Unless you are staying someone other than the Emerald Grande. All wedding festivities are at The Emerald Grande / HarborWalk Village.

Nice resort wear to semi formal, however we're not picky. Most people are traveling so we want you to be comfortable while still looking good :) We can imagine our guests to be in a short Lilly dress to a long gown while men will be dresses in suits, dress pants and button down shirts. In November in Destin, the weather is usually mild and sunny. The average high temperature in November is 76 degrees Fahrenheit, with an average low of 60 degrees.

The ceremony will be outside overlooking the water on a paved area (not a beach wedding), the cocktail hour and ceremony are located inside the Emerald Grande.

You can definitely bring the whole family on the trip to Destin with you, however, only those in our wedding party will be included in our wedding day festivities. There are tons of kid activities to do on the trip but you will need to find childcare for Friday afternoon into the night from 4PM - 10PM while the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are going on. We know there are some families bringing a relative or grandparents to join them on the trip to watch the kids during this time. The larger style rooms at the Emerald Grande are perfect for this!

We are at room capacity for our reception which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!
