You do not need to RSVP until you receive your formal invitation. If you know you will definitely be attending (or unable to attend) at this time, please feel free to go ahead and submit your RSVP and meal choice or let us know that you will be unable to attend. This does assist us in planning but is not necessary. Kindly submit your RSVP and meal choice if you will be attending or regrets by October 25.

If your invitation is addressed to you and "guest" you may bring a plus one. Due to venue capacity, we are unable to extend a plus one to all of our single guests. Thank you for understanding.

We are requesting a child free wedding to allow our guests to enjoy an adult evening. Please arrange for childcare if needed.

All food items will be peanut and shellfish free. We can provide a vegetarian meal upon request when you RSVP.

YES! There is parking at both the ceremony and the reception. If you are able-bodied we ask if you please park in one of the nearby parking garages for the ceremony to allow space for those who cannot travel further distances. There is a parking garage immediately behind the church. If you are staying at the George Washington Hotel it is only a quarter mile walk to Grace Lutheran church if you so choose! There is plenty of parking at the Winchester Country Club for the reception.

YES! Feel free to take as many photos as you please to capture the moments of the day. Use your best judgement for when to take photos during the ceremony as it will be held in a church. When posting on social media, allow some time for the bride and groom to make a post before releasing your photos on social media. Please scan the QR code at your table to share your photos with us!

Beer and wine as well as two signature "bride" and "groom" cocktails will be provided for the cocktail hour and reception. A signature mocktail will also be available.

Yes! We have blocked rooms at the Historic George Washington Hotel. This gorgeous hotel is just a couple of blocks from the church and a quick 5 minute drive to the reception. Other hotel information is provided in the Travel section. These additional choices do not have a discounted block reserved.
