Please arrive at 7pm or a little before. Our processional will take place at 7:30 and we don't want you to miss it!

The reception will be in the dance hall, which is an open air shelter with walls and screened windows. If weather does not permit, it will be in the lodge which is completely indoors.

Yes there is parking available on the upper level where the lodge and bunkhouses are located.

Minimal dress code is semi formal, but feel free to dress up for the masquerade ball! Dress how you would like to be captured in your complimentary guest portraits.

Our photographer will be set up in a designated area to capture your portraits between 8 and 9pm. There will be signage directing you to this area if you'd like one. We will send you your portraits in digital format when we get them back from the photographer.

We will have lots of food and beverage options available, but feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages if you prefer. Please bring your own alcohol.

This is a small, intimate event so please check with us or RSVP on the website to see your party allowance. Unless you have a serious partner and/or children, we are not allowing plus ones.

Yes! If you are invited, your kids are too. There will be several activities set up to help everyone of all ages have fun!

Our professional photographer will be at the event until 9pm, please limit your videos/pictures until after this time. We will also have a QR code set up to download the POV app - this works like a digital disposable camera and sends all the pictures to us to enjoy and share! We have been together for over 10 years, so we have pretty much everything we need. However, we did just purchase a new home if you'd like to contribute to our new home fund! We also set up an Amazon registry (check out the registry page) for some items we'd like to upgrade I'd you do wish to purchase a gift. However this is 100% optional.
