What are lodging options for those travelling?
We have a hotel block at Westford Regency. Unless told otherwise, it is in our plans to have a hotel room for you if you are traveling out of state. (NH, MA, NY and ME not included unless told otherwise) If you would like to reserve a room, make your way to the Hotel tab! Please make sure to read the entire page.
What is the dress code?
Please dress semi formal or cocktail. We highly recommend dressing cooly for the ceremony as the venue is kept at 80-85 F and humid. The venue also has a brick path, so keep that in mind when choosing your shoes. Please no jeans, sweats, T-shirts or athletic wear. Ties are 100% optional. Please have fun with the theme when choosing your outfit! If you have questions, ask! More inspiration in the is in the 'Attire' tab.
What is the theme?
Our theme is whimsical garden, we encourage you to have fun with the theme when choosing your attire for the day.
When are RSVP's due?
RSVP's should be done by July 15, 2025. Hotel block cutoff for reservations is the same day.
How is the weather mid August?
The weather will be very comfortable. It usually stays around the mid to upper 70s.
What should we expect for the ceremony?
The ceremony is a standing venue and it should last about an hour. However, if you need accomodations because you cannot be standing the whole duration, please reach out or say so in your RSVP online. There are a few seats for those who need them. There are also some benches along the pathways.
What should I expect for reception?
Our reception will take place in the Great Hall at Veasey Memorial Park in Groveland, MA. It is a longer drive at 30-40 minutes from the ceremony location so we highly encourage carpooling when you can. For the reception we are having a large charcuterie board with sandwich and salad options for the meal. This makes it easy to either sit and eat or grab and go! We are going to try to set up tables to play board games! Wine glasses that were hand picked are available for you to use and take home as a way to remember the day! It will be one per guest, but if there are extras by the end of the night, feel free to grab another! There will be no assigned seating but there are assigned tables to stay organized. The chart will have 'free seat's labelled for people to move around. Our goal is to have fun!
Is there going to be alcohol?
It will be a dry wedding for various reasons. The venue is extremely strict with alcohol but we hope to make up for it in mocktails and other alternatives. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL, the venue will ask everyone to leave the premesis if you do.
As many of you know, we are very into gaming, which is how we met, so our main activities will be food and board/card games! No need to get your liquid courage for the dance floor if that's not your thing. Also, the event will end soon enough for you to hit a bar after if you'd like, and who knows, maybe we will see you there!
What if I have a food allergy or restriction?
Please let us know! Molly has allergies of her own and completely understands. We will do our absolute best to make sure there is food and drink for you. Please note, the only gluten containing food item is the cake (cupcakes are gluten free)
Can I bring a plus one?
We will be adding plus ones to your invitation's envelope specifically. We are hoping for a smaller, intimate wedding and therefore, the guest count is limited. If you feel your plus one was not included on your invite by accident, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Note: they will not be included on save the dates.
I can't find my RSVP with my name, what do I do?
Please let Molly or Andrew know and we can let you know what name your invitation is under!
I don't know what to do about transportation, I'm coming from out of state.
Let Andrew or I know! And please let us know in your RSVP. We are trying to coordinate carpooling as much as possible, but please know you may need to use a rideshare or taxi service.
