Fall in Crested Butte could be all 4 seasons at once! Layers are always a good idea. It does get chilly when the sun goes down so a jacket would be advised. This is an outdoor wedding but there is plenty of coverage in case it rains/snows.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. We suggest not wearing high heels as the ceremony/reception are outside on gravel. Flats/thicker heels are suggested.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards!

If you are flying from out of state it is a 4-5 hour drive from Denver International Airport. There is also an option to fly into Gunnison Airport, from there it is a 30 minute drive. The hotels will have plenty of parking if you rent or are bringing your own car. See more in the "Travel" section.

Yes! Please let us know when you RSVP if there will be kids and how many, so we can accommodate.

The ceremony begins at 4pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure we can seat everybody before the ceremony begins.

Yes! We will be working with Black Canyon Limo service. From 1:30-4pm there will be 2 shuttles picking up from the 4-Way lot (Elk ave & 6th St.) They will pick up every half hour to take guests to the wedding venue. Starting at 8pm, the same shuttles will pick up from the venue and drop off at the 4-way. Shuttles will end at 10pm. Just a quick reminder that our venue is a private residence, so we kindly ask that all guests wrap up and leave the property by 10 PM at the latest. Help us keep the neighbors happy and the good vibes going (just... somewhere else). Thanks so much for understanding!

The ceremony/reception are on personal property so please try to leave by 9pm, 10pm at the latest. We will have shuttles going back to town and there is some parking on-site. If you plan on driving please contact Luis or Molly so we ensure we have enough space.

There will be a beer truck as well as wine/liquor options. There will be non-alcoholic beverages as well.

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Travel" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

We unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included, but we will see you at the wedding!
