Tyler and Molly met on Hinge in April 2021 and have been inseparable ever since. What started as a simple swipe led to a love that has taken us on countless adventures — big and small.

We started our journey together in a cozy downtown San Diego condo before making a big leap to North County in 2022, where we bought our first home and made it our sanctuary. Life has been beautifully chaotic with our three dogs, Louie, Balou and Auggie who keep us on our toes and bring endless joy to our lives.

Just three months into dating, Molly flew to Omaha to meet Tyler’s family. Little did we know, that trip would turn into a legendary adventure. Stuck in the Denver airport with canceled flights, no luggage, and not a rental car in sight, we had one wild idea — renting a big box U-Haul to drive all the way to Omaha. Just us, our dog, no luggage and the open road. What should have been a travel disaster became a journey filled with laughter and love, solidifying the realization that we were perfect partners for life’s unexpected detours.

Meeting the Basch family was the icing on the cake. Molly fell in love with them just as quickly as she had fallen for Tyler. And from that unforgettable trip forward, we knew — we had found something truly special.

Meeting each other’s family and friends became an important part of our journey. Tyler embraced my family, especially my mom, Joyce, just as I had embraced the Basch family. Each introduction wove our lives together even more deeply.
