Reservation Procedures

Each individual guest will make direct reservations for Guest Rooms with the Resort (by telephone, fax or e-mail).

Pre-payment is required for all bookings, on or before 120 days prior to arrival date. Payment can be made online, through a secured payment link or through bank deposit.

To those who wish to pay through debit or credit card, you may email the reservation team mentioned above so they can send the payment/checkout link.

Wedding group rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the 05 October 2024 to allow for early arrivals and / or stay extensions.

Please provide THE HOTEL at least three (3) days prior to your arrival date to ensure transfers will be arranged accordingly.

Guests who cancel their reservation or fail to check-in to the Resort (no-shows) shall be charged the daily room rate for each of the unused guest rooms.

CUT-OFF DATE:

All guest accommodations outlined in the Room Block that are not reserved 120 days prior the wedding date, on or before 25 September 2024 ("cut-off date") will be automatically cancelled without further notice. After the cut-off date, any guest wishing to reserve accommodation will be subject to room availability at the prevailing Best Available Rate.
