*Check-in at the hotels is not until 3:00pm. Please plan ahead and check with your hotel if an early check-in is possible.


Shuttle & Hotel Information: We will have two shuttles picking guests up at the hotels and taking them home for the evening.


Both shuttles will pick guests up at THE HAMPTON INN at 3:05pm. Both shuttles will then travel across the street to pick up guests at THE HOMEWOOD SUITES at 3:15pm.


During the evening, there will be three shuttles that depart from the venue back to the hotels. The first shuttle will leave at 9pm and the other two shuttles will both leave at 10pm.
