Friday, Nov. 28, 2025 is the last day to book your room. After that date, you will pay the regular room rate advertised by the hotel(s) on their website. We have a block of rooms at two hotels for you to choose from: The Westin Huntsville or Embassy Suites by Hilton. Both hotels are 9 minutes away from the wedding venue. The newlyweds will be staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton.

No. Ride share services are available to transport you to and from the airport. Please let us know your arrival and departure times to help coordinate transportation.

Elegant evening wear is required for the wedding. Think of evening gowns, tux/suits, etc. as you choose your attire.

Yes, children are welcome to come. Please include them as your +1 when you RSVP. Be sure to keep your child(ren) entertained.

Yes! No video or photo coverage will be allowed during the ceremony. This means all cellphones will need to be on silent and put away. We promise that the professional photographer and videographer will capture the ceremony and its best moments. We want everyone to enjoy this beautiful and sacred moment without cellphones, cameras, and/or videos being a distraction. Let's live in the moment while it's happening! You may take as many photos as you'd like during the reception.
