Our Love Story

One summer night a cute guy named Stephen went on a date with a sweet girl named Monica in San Jose. They continued to date each other from afar, as she lived in San Jose, CA and he lived in Stockton, CA. They dated from two different cities for one year and then decided to take a leap of faith and BOTH move to a different city together. They packed up their lives and created a new one as a couple. They moved to Sacramento into their first apartment. Two years later they moved from their little apartment to their first home. Before they knew it they were two lovebirds in an amazing 1905 Victorian home! Stephen asked Monica to marry him on Christmas day 2015. His creative little mind made a tower of gifts taller than Monica to open in front of her family. (He claims the height of the gifts were purely for visual excitement. Monica claims the height was to show what a shorty all 5'2.5" of her is.) Each box had catchy phrases/hints for what each gift was. The last gift was Stephen taking a tiny box out and asking her to marry him. Monica does not recollect the words that exited Stephen's mouth during this encounter. The entirety is a blur. She does, however, remember crying the moment she saw him take the ring out of the box. Stephen and Monica cannot be more excited to start this next chapter of their love story on May 13. Who is John Galt?  Marcus used to ask me these questions all through high school and I still don't know what he means.  Marcus is your deep thinker, your devil in the details.  If you love politics, this is the conservative gentleman you are looking for.  Bicycles, Bumblebees, and Wild Mushrooms on a bed of rice.  Yes, ladies meet the most interesting man in the world.

You can often find her chasing her two amazing littles, Madi and Leila alongside her hubby Ryan. This little lady throws her wit around like a nerf football in 1992. Not my gumdrop buttons...(This gingerbread is a man of many talents)  Ladies can't get enough of his fun-loving, adventurous spirit.  He is available for yogurt dates Monday through Friday and hiking on the weekends.   He has been called a million nick names-All of them beautiful.  Yes ladies, this gingerbread is one red-hot commodity.   Catch his wiggle on the dance floor and I promise he will make you smile.

This special lady spends her days teaching and molding cute kiddos of our future. Want to meet an athletic, sweet, caring and intelligent friend?...This sweet thang is IT! Caution: Kali may or may not have a slight obsession with her favorite candy, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. I tell her the obsession must be because she is so darn sweet.

Have you ever met a super cute scientist? Meet Wendy. This lady is one of the smartest, quirkiest, most endearing women I know. She spends her days finding ways to cure cancer. No big deal. Just your typical beautiful scientist. I've been told some scientists are MAD but in this case I'm Madly in love with this little lady.

Love at first sight you say...This gentleman is tall, distinguished and handsome.  One cold winter a long, long time ago in a Midwest state, Stephen met Ben at a Fraternity Presidents academy and the rest was history.   One snowy day later, they locked eyes on the minature golf course and never looked back.

Maren not only is an incredible friend but over the last three years I realized I am friends with a Super Mom. This woman is one of the strongest, lovable gals around with her two amazing three year old twins.

Currently you can find Michelle running after her adorable little man all while keeping her marbles in order. Thank goodness...who doesn't like a good game of marbles?

This newlywed has such an endearing, loving nature. She will automatically make you feel comfortable and loved once you meet her. Megan's smile lasts a thousand miles. Her kindness is unforgettable. Her stomach yearns for potatoes at all times of the day (something we both have in common). With her potato expertise, I have broadened my potato menu. I like to say she is one Hot Potato! Get ready to meet one of the best ladies around.

Do the best men grow up in Galt?  Both of my sisters married men from Galt.  And I have to agree that these rare Galtmen are exactly what I would have been searching for myself.  Deep and dependable, this precious Panda can't get enough of the San Francisco Giants and his lovable LIAM.  So proud of the father he has become and thankful for the friend that he continues to be.

Brittany loves being outside in nature any chance she can get and smelling the fresh air. She is an amazing lady but her best accomplishment thus far would have to be snagging my brother off the market!

How is it made and how does it work?  Old- School Taylor discovers the world one tiny screw at a time.   Everybody could use a Taylor in their personal tool belt.  And that's why my sister married him.
