We have secured a block of rooms for Friday and/or Saturday night.

King and Double Queen Suites for $169 per night includes discounted overnight valet parking at $35, and a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Please book your accommodations early to guarantee the discounted rate as the block may fill up. Be sure to indicate you are booking under the Shuler Stewart room block. September 14th rooms will be released.

You may book using the block rates extending or adjusting room types using Marriott Reservations (888) 983-5011.

If you have already made a reservation, Pam Robtoy at Magnolia (314) 658-4072 can assist with making adjustments. Pam is not able to take a credit card, just adjust existing reservations.

8/9/24 Update

There are currently 5 Queen Suites on Saturday left in the block. Please enter dates of 10/12 to 10/13 when using the weblink to access the rooms. Once you have a reservation further adjustments can be made to it by contacting Pam (314) 658-4072 and asking to add additional days or switch room types. Pam suggests this is better than making an additional reservation outside of the block because she may not have the capability to move it into the block.

We will be asking Magnolia about adding more rooms.

We are offering a secondary hotel block for Friday and/or Saturday should the Magnolia room block fill up.

King Beds at $161 and Double Beds at $171 per night includes 20% discounted self-parking for overnight guests, and 48 hour cancellation policy.

Please book your accommodations prior to September 13th at 5 PM CST at which time rooms will be released.
