We make a point of going to the beach as often as we can (almost every weekend). This is our favorite beach to go to because it is close and not as crowded! Redondo, Manhattan, Venice, and Santa Monica Beaches are also great options to visit as long as you don't mind the crowds! Take a book, grab a sandwich on the way... that's our routine. Fitch's Kitchen (Redondo Beach) or Bay Cities (Santa Monica) are our favorites!

This is a short 18-hole course located near LAX airport and Loyola Marymount University (Monica's alma mater). We love this course because of the lighted course, allowing night golf options. Jordan also likes watching as planes take off and land at the airport. It's a bit of a drive from Torrance or Redondo (20-30 minutes depending on traffic), but a fun place to play!

This is a picturesque park located within the Trump National Golf Course. You can walk along the trails and even down to the ocean. We have come here many times and love to bring out of town guests here.

There are SO many breweries in Torrance! We have done a walking tour of six breweries with Monica's brother, Trevor, and his wife, Fi, and it was a blast. Here's the route if you are interested at stopping at one or doing the whole tour! The longest walk between breweries is only about 15 minutes.
