Tina and Monica's friendship started as kindergarteners at St Cecilia and it has grown especially close in the last few years. She has truly become the sister Monica never had. As sisters do, they share a lot including shopping selfies, their love for veggie bagels, and their boyfriends' apartment. Tina has even made her way into our Cobb family too. Tina is passionate, kind, loud, and incredibly loving. We wouldn't have it any other way and can't wait to have her stand beside Monica as her Maid of Honor.

These two are more like brothers than friends. Zack (only two months old) was at the hospital while Nick was born. It is safe to say they have been best friends ever since. Nick's and Zack's families have been inseparable, including countless trips, having season tickets to the Raiders, and sharing what seems to be every life experience together. Nick will stand by Zack as his Best Man on the big day.

Annie and Monica have had a long lasting friendship, even while she hasn't lived nearby in over 9 years. They spent almost every high school recess and lunch together, of course as long as Annie wasn't catching up on sleep due to her demanding schedule of theatre performances. Monica and Annie love taking their dogs to the beach, constantly trying to teach Mila how to swim, and exploring new places together.

Zack met Steve at Chico State orientation, though they never even talked to each other that day beyond a hello. They were then placed in class together and from there a lifelong friendship began. Their next year at Chico they became roommates and to this day, 5 years later, they still remain roommates. Steve and Zack have explored living in the Bay Area together, weekend trips with their girlfriends who are also best friends, many sporting events (even though he is a Dodgers fan) and also played on a bowling team together.

Jessica and Monica have been friends since their early days at St Cecilia. They grew even closer bonding over 5:30am practices at Lake Merced, countless sleepovers at the Baldwin house, and the many nights spent exploring the city or better described as exploring the Marina, her favorite spot. While Jessica now lives in Houston, they keep in touch over long phone calls and her holiday visits back to the city.

Zack met Lance in surveying class, when Lance preferred to hang out with Zack's group instead of his assigned one. They bonded over Mug Club at The Bear in Chico and stayed friends ever since. They enjoy offroading in the snow in one of Lance's many vehicles, staying out all night at the Chico bars, and Lance's many trips down to visit the Bay Area.

As the youngest of older brothers as well, Liz and Monica spent the beginning years of their friendship traveling from game to tournament to race. Much of their childhood together was surrounded by sports but they loved being together and every car ride spent listening to 96.5 koit. Liz and Monica leaned on each other a lot as they tried new things, including learning rowing freshman year, Latin class, and what it was like to be a college athlete.

Zack and Zach have an ongoing joke between their friend group of how to properly pronounce Zac(h/k), so they know which person is being referred to. The two became good friends while being a part of the steel bridge team and the countless hours spent on the project. However, that isn't the only team they were apart of as recently they were on a bowling team together. They continue to find new happy hour locations and fun activities to do together on the weekend.

Zack and Jacob shared almost every class together at Chico State and in their senior year were partners for practically every project they were assigned. After a year of being just "class" friends, they decided to actualy hang out outside of school and began going out on the weekends and having game nights. After his time at UC Davis grad school Jacob joined Zack at O'Dell Engineering for their first engineering jobs together.

Arielle and Monica met walking to their first practice at Cal rowing freshman year. The two were inseparable at weights practice all season long, which in part may have been due to the fact that they were the two shortest rowers, but none the less it laid a foundation for a great friendship. Over the years at Cal they enjoyed game days, JAM house festivities, many Sacramento trips, sleeping through 9am class after practice only to wake up for the test, and sophisticated "new" cocktail nights at the Derby house. Arielle now lives in Sacramento and when they have the chance to hang out, they don't hesitate to relive all the great roommate stories.

Brian is Monica's oldest brother. Zack met Brian at Cobb and over the last several years they have grown closer spending weekends together at the cabin. You can find them playing corn hole, relaxing at the cabin, and going out in SF. Brian and Zack have common interests, most specifically knowing the most useless sports stats.

Jenn and Monica met at the San Diego Crew Classic the spring season before starting Cal. Little did they know then, that they would become roommates for 3 years at Cal. As college roommates do, they taught each other a lot over their years at Cal. Jenn taught Monica how to bend the rules, properly decorate for every holiday, and the importance of dessert first and always. Monica taught Jenn that NorCal was and always will be superior to SoCal :). They may not agree on that but I think they can agree that their time at Cal and their lives wouldn't be the same without each other.

Adrienne and Monica met in 5th grade when Adrienne joined the St Cecilia basketball team. Even though she was new to a group of girls that spent the last 5 years together, she wasn't phased at all. Adrienne showed her spunk and enthusiasm then and it hasn't stopped since. Monica and Adrienne grew closer when she joined the St Cecilia class in 7th grade and the friendship continued on through high school and beyond. They bonded over SI rowing, eating lunch daily in psychology class, and most recently spending time walking their dogs around the Ingleside neighborhood.

Mikey is Monica's brother. Zack and Mikey share a common love for football. You can often find them talking about the latest football update, talking about Mikey's college team he coaches, or sitting down to watch a game together. Mikey has a bit of a different work schedule that keeps him pretty busy but when Mikey gets the chance he makes sure to join in on the festivities Monica and Zack partake in and have a great time.

Bissy and Monica grew up together at St Cecilia and throughout St Ignatius. While they attended different colleges, during their Spring semester of senior year they realized they were interviewing for the same job post graduation. They were lucky enough to both land the job and kick off their careers together at Oracle. I think they can both agree that surviving Oracle was greatly impacted by having each other and of course the downstairs omlette bar for breakfast dates didn't hurt either. Bissy definitely has the travel bug and Monica loves to live vicariously through her travels.

Zack met Michael as young kids at Bodega Bay Elementary School. Their friendship continued through high school and beyond. They shared many days roaming through the Dunes Campground, shooting hoops at the school, and playing pool in the garage. Although they both no longer live in Bodega Bay they make time to catch up almost every time Zack returns home.

Zack met Colin as young kids at Pine Grove. Growing up together they have spent many summer weekends going to the pool, playing bingo, square dancing, and an occasional golf round. Colin can also be counted on to bring a positive attitude and laugh to the group, especially as an awesome charades player.

Rachel and Monica met at St Cecilia and continued their friendship through the years. Monica and Rachel have undoubtedly always shared a common love for dogs. As kids in the St Cecilia school yard they would play lion tamer, with Monica's vicious golden retriever. Rachel currently lives in Denver, but every trip home they make sure to meet up for a beach walk or sunset.
