Once Upon a Swipe

In the wild world of Tinder, where swipes determine fate, Jordan and Monique’s paths crossed on August 1, 2021. Jordan, with a flair for persistence, snagged Monique’s Snapchat almost instantly, launching a month long digital courtship. The two spent countless hours texting, teasing, and laughing though Monique, being the strong-willed and stubborn soul she is, wasn’t going to be won over easily. Jordan’s attempts to set up a proper date were met with playful resistance, until one rainy night, Monique finally caved. With no real plan and a dash of spontaneity, she hopped in her car and started driving. As the GPS worked its magic, Monique soon found herself pulling up to Jordan’s house, where a tall, lanky figure stood outside in of all things reindeer pajamas. There he was: the charming gentleman she’d been chatting with for weeks, now sitting in her car, much to her anxious disbelief. But instead of letting her nerves get the best of her, Monique came up with a quirky plan visiting fast food drive-thrus to break the ice. And somewhere between the burgers and fries, something magical happened. The nerves faded, replaced by a calm that only Jordan could bring. Little did Monique know, this was the start of something extraordinary. Over the next three years, their connection deepened, evolving from flirtatious banter to a love that was as profound as it was playful. They became each other’s confidants, partners-in-crime, and best friends the missing puzzle pieces in each other’s lives. Then, on August 1, 2024, exactly three years from that fateful swipe, Jordan decided to take their story to the next chapter. With a heart full of love and a plan in mind, he took the first steps toward making Monique his forever and ever ❤️‍🔥💍

Another one of my fabulous maids of honor! Our friendship started back in grade 8 when I thought it was necessary to defend her after her first breakup was it really ? Probably not! But that moment kicked off an incredible 13 year journey of friendship and support for both me and now Jordan. I’m so excited to have Tosha one of my best friends by my side on our big day. Meet my wonderful bridesmaid, Alexandra! Our friendship kicked off at Babylon nightclub, and that night gave us some of the funniest memories ever! Since then, we’ve built a bond that I’ll treasure forever. I’m so excited to have Alexandra by my side on this special day, ready to make more amazing memories together!

This is my brother Tyler. Not only is he my brother, but he’s been my best friend for 28 years. We’re inseparable, from baseball, to hockey, to video games, to working together. We tend to find ourselves always bonding over the same things, and having the same interests. I’m so grateful to have someone like him in my life!

Being the baby cousin to oldest of the bunch, Jesse is my much much much older cousin. He has always been the one to bring laughter to any room. His advice is as solid as his sense of humor, and he constantly shows me what family truly means.

Black Tie, Your Way!

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! The dress code is black tie, but most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in whatever you choose to wear. There are no specific color requirements, though we do ask that you avoid wearing white to keep the focus on the bride. Our bridesmaids will be wearing a light grey color, so we’d love to avoid any clashing.
