We recommend most travelers fly to the Albuquerque Sunport and rent a car to drive to Santa Fe. Santa Fe is about 45 mins north of Albuquerque.
Santa Fe has a very small airport with a limited number of flights but please feel free to take a look and see what works for your schedule and budget. Santa Fe has very limited public transportation options, it is highly recommended you rent a car even if flying into Santa Fe.
