Sean and I met at work in 2015 and it was flirt at first sight-well for me anyways. Everyone who knows Sean knows he is extremely shy and I-NOT so shy. To get my toes in the waters, I asked him if he could paint a portrait of Woody and Jessie from Toy Store for Isabella. He replied "I would be happy to!" THEN 3 weeks later, I asked him out for a "meeting" to watch Star Wars (He is a legit Star Wars nerd…also…don't ask me which one it was because I don't have the names memorized). I dislike the word "date" because of the pressure that title held. Sean's reply, "Yes. BUT you have to watch the original Star Wars series. EEEEEKKKK- NOT my thing! But I liked him, I liked him a lot so I did and now I am obsessed with R2D2. I am convinced he swears and that is what all of the beep beep beep noises he makes are. Well, you can guess what happened next- I got to go on my first meeting, turned first DATE, second date and so on and so forth and we have been together every weekend and day since December 26,2015.We got engaged on March 27, 2017 at the St. Regis Hotel, Kauai, Hawaii - GOLDEN HOUR and it could not have been any more perfect. 8 hours before- I was convinced I was going to die on the round trip 12 mile hike we did. Come to find out, he was planning on proposing then, at the waterfall........ So glad he didn't. I most likely would have passed out.
