...This was my favorite. We both met up at our first date not really expecting much of it since we'd barely talked online. We both thought we were probably too different and wouldn't have much in common. We both walked away from the first date saying "oh shoot, I like this person" to ourselves knowing that we were both emotionally invested already! We had discovered that we were both MKs in Africa, were silly but could also go deep, loved kids and felt comfortable talking about kids extensively, and wanted to talk about God and what He was doing in our lives.

By the end of the first day, we'd already set up a second date. And thus began our weekly Tuesday date nights. When Monique met Judah, Isaiah, Boaz, and Jethro our date life expanded to include more family time. We all quickly fell in love with each other, and the boys started scheming and planning for us to get married.
