Rooms need to be booked by August 10th to be guaranteed the block rate.

A shuttle will pick guests up 30 minutes before the ceremony at the hotel for the guests who are invited to the ceremony.

Another shuttle will pick up those who are invited to the reception at 7:15 pm from the hotel.

The shuttle will be bringing guests back to the hotel from 10:00 pm-12 am at the top of each hour.
