Both our ceremony and reception will be indoors, going out in the August heat won't be required!

We have a hotel block set up at Springhill Suites Cincinnati Midtown. On the travel tab, there is a link to book within our block. We will have transportation to and from our venue for guests at this hotel. This hotel is about five minutes from downtown and our venue

There will be a shuttle to and from our wedding and the hotel, please see the travel section for more information

Our reception will coincide the Labor Day Fireworks in Cincinnati, called the WEBN fireworks. This is a large fireworks display downtown (about a mile from our venue) that lasts about 30 minutes. We will have a great view of the show from our venue. With all that, if you leave our reception right after the show ends, there may be a little heavier traffic. Being a mile away, it shouldn't be as bad but please expect some increased traffic no matter what. For guests staying at our hotel, we've set up a shuttle to and from our venue so you don't have to drive

If you have a plus one or your kids are invited, this will be noted on your invitation.

5pm: Ceremony, 5:30pm: cocktail hour, 6:30pm: reception, 7pm: dinner, 9pm: fireworks, 10:30pm: goodbye!

We invite our guests to come join us in a wedding welcome party at the Reds game on Saturday August 30th at 6:40pm. We will be buying tickets in the View Level section for whoever RSVPs to this event. Please note this does require climbing some stairs. More information will be sent out to those who RSVP. This is a casual event to let us see our guests a little bit more during the weekend!
