Our Wedding

Like all great 21st-century romances, our love story began with a dating app swipe and a lot of optimism. Montana was fully committed to her #HotCreedSummer (yes, the band Creed, don’t ask), and Creed had attended an LSU football game a couple years prior—Montana’s alma mater, because fate has a divine sense of humor. After a night of sending messages back and forth and realizing we had more in common, we knew we had to meet one another. Our first date was peak millennial romance: watching Ted Lasso and sharing YouTube music videos well into the night. Spoiler alert: that tradition stuck, because what screams “soulmates” more than bonding over niche video content? By the next day, Montana knew she had found her guy and deleted the dating app that same night—Creed, on the other hand, thought he’d been ghosted. Don’t worry, we had exchanged numbers and Montana texted the next day… eventually. The second date? Disc golf a few days later. Creed patiently showed Montana the ropes so she wouldn’t embarrass herself in front of his friends later. The third date? She was already meeting the crew. Efficiency is key, folks. Fast forward through a whirlwind of YouTube binges, outdoor adventures, concerts, and the occasional ‘cave day’ (because what’s better than hiding in the dark with movies and snacks?), here we are. Sure, Montana tolerates Creed’s snoring, and Creed tolerates Montana’s cat. It’s called compromise. But honestly, neither of us could imagine life any other way. We’re beyond excited to kick off our 'forever' with the people we love most—because no good YouTube playlist is complete without people to share it with.
