The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be indoors. There is a patio area where guests and beverages are allowed!

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We ask this our ceremony is unplugged! We want this to be an intimate moment with our closet friends and family. We have an amazing photographer that will be capturing it all. I am happy to post and send photos after she sends them to me!

Is this even a question? Of course we will! Please note that the alcohol is on us but the hangover is on you.

Absolutely! This was one of the many reasons we decided to chose this location. We know all of our family and friends are coming from out of town and wanted a place where there are things to do. There is a super cute and fun downtown area. There is also an open beverage policy downtown for if you want to take your drinks to go from the wineries. Please see the ‘Things to Do’ section for more suggestions!

Appropriate formal/ cocktail attire. No jeans or shorts!

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Yes! We will have transportation from the Courtyard and Hilton Garden hotel to the venue before the ceremony and after the reception. There will only be 2 shuttle trips before the ceremony since time is tight. However, there will be more in the evening. The shuttle will be outside the venue for rides if there is a group of people that want to leave before 9pm. The hotels are across the street from each other. If for some reason anyone misses the shuttle, there is free parking at the venue. We are allowed to leave cars overnight. Arrival to Venue: 3:30pm- Courtyard & Hilton Garden 4pm- Courtyard Departure to Hotels: 9pm- Courtyard 10:45pm- Courtyard 11:15pm- Courtyard & Hilton Garden

For those who decide to drive to the venue, there is a free parking lot for guests.

For those who want to explore downtown, there are two free all day parking lots on the corner of Elm St. and State St. as well as Main St. and Broad St.

There are many places to stay in Saint Joe and it depends on what you prefer! We do have a hotel block at the Courtyard by Marriott for our guests. Many hotels were too small to hold blocks so will have to be individually booked if you prefer to stay elsewhere. Feel free to check out our Travel section for more hotel options or houses!

We ask that you kindly RSVP as soon as possible. Please use the QR code provided with your invitation to RSVP. Guests who do not RSVP will be considered as not being able to spend our special day with us. There will not be a reserved seat for those who do not respond.
