Can I bring a plus-one to the wedding?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! To keep our gathering intimate, we’re limiting plus-ones. Your invitation includes the names provided in your contact form, and at this time, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

What date should I RSVP by?

The deadline to RSVP is April 25, 2025

What is the dress code?

The attire is Black-Tie, and we kindly request that guests wear neutral tones shared in the image below. To ensure the bride stands out on the big day, please avoid wearing white or any shades close to white (ivory, cream, light champagne). Thank you for helping us keep the spotlight where it belongs! Are children allowed at the wedding?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that only guests 21 and older attend. We hope you can enjoy a fun and relaxing night out with us!

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by a seamless transition to the reception indoors. The venue is in Cleveland, NC, and is 45 minutes from Charlotte.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes, transportation will be available from the host hotel in Charlotte, NC, to the wedding venue in Cleveland, NC. However, transportation will not be provided from hotels in Cleveland/Statesville. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If capacity is reached by or before April 25th, we may not be able to accommodate additional guests. Drop-off and pick-up times will be shared closer to the date, so stay tuned for details!

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking is available at the venue. However, we encourage guests to either drive or use the provided transportation, as the town is small, and Ubers may be limited.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We’re having an “unplugged” ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras, please. We’d love for you to be fully present with us in the moment. Feel free to take photos before and after the ceremony, but during the ceremony, we kindly ask that all devices are put away.
