If you do not RSVP by August 15th, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide the exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

They will all be held at The Pines White.

The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting, and the reception and dance will be indoors.

This wedding is a semi-formal event held outside (weather pending) with dinner and reception indoors. Please dress accordingly for the September weather in the Midwest. Ladies, please avoid white/ivory patterns and solids.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation/RSVP list.

Yes! To get from the parking lot to the ceremony/reception space, there is a gravel path. There will be a golf cart available to bring guests from the parking lot to the venue space.

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus bringing guests back to the hotels after dinner. Also, overnight parking is allowed at The Pines White; however, your car needs to be picked up before noon the next day.
