The ceremony will be held indoors. It will be winter time in Northeast Ohio (which could mean sun, rain or snow), so please be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly.

While we love your little ones, only children listed on the invitation are invited to join the celebration. If their names made the guest list, they’re in! Otherwise, we hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us, kid-free. Thanks for understanding!

To help us in the planning process, please RSVP by December 31st, 2025. We will open up the RSVP page on our website once invitations have been sent.

Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back on Saturday. The shuttle will begin pickups at the DoubleTree at 3:00 PM and will continue running between the hotel and the venue as needed until 11:30 PM.

The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail or Formal Attire. Feel free to dress up in cocktail dresses, suits, or go a bit more formal with an evening gown or tuxedo. We’d love for everyone to feel their best while celebrating with us!
